I’m sorry I know this has been asked but I need someone from VM to help me out.
I have an old email address, a virgin.net one, which I’ve had for years. I then left virgin and have since returned. I have two virgin addresses, a virgin.net one which I use extensively and a virgin media one which I don’t really use but is registered on the Broadband account.
in the last 48 hours the virgin.net account has stopped working, both on my iPhone/client apps and through webmail. It says the username and password are wrong, even on webmail. Can anyone from Vm help me??
