No access to NTL World emails

Last Tuesday, my NTL email account stopped working.

Just got to checking everything and it says I am no longer recognised.

Has my account be cancelled?

@texas_pete74  That will depend partly on whether you are a current VM broadband customer. If you are is the email address concerned correctly tied to your current VM primary account either as the primary account or a secondary account.

Hi, Thanks for the response.

I was a NTL and VM customer until 2 years ago. When I cancelled, I was told the email address would continue, which it has until last week.

I've had no communication or notification of any change.

If I had know it was ending, I could have made arrangements.

Sorry to read that you were misinformed when you closed your account.  The connected email address should have been deleted 90 days after the account was closed as per the account T&Cs

You may be able to access the email account via an email client such as Thunderbird as client access tends to last longer than VM webmail access.

Very sorry to hear this has occurred, texas_pete74, unfortunately if the mailbox is not attached to an active media account, they do get closed and there is no way to retrieve these mailboxes.
