I have recently ordered Virgini media broadband on the 1st of this month. I have been waiting them to send a contract/welcome email/something in the post. However, I have received none of this. Now with the proposed delivery date of the self start kit looming closer (the 15th of sept) I haven't even received a confirmation of the delivery date. The lack of communication has me worried as it is vital that I get my WiFi up and running for university. If anyone can be of help I will much appreciate it.
