No Emails?

Today  i logged onto my emails to see a new layout, my inbox number has been going up all morning but no emails are coming through????? My mother is the main account holder so my email is secondary,  her's is working fine,  I work for a charity and desperately need to access my emails, it's important. Evidently Virgin have changed things, but I need to get this sorted a.s.a.p please ?

Yes i did that and it worked, thank-you soooo much I could hug you right now,  you don't know how much it means to access my emails, I just wish Virgin wouldn't mess around. thanks again 🙂
