No Emails On Iphone 14Maxpro (Missing Password???)

Hi Since the email outage my mobile will not send or receive any emails.  

I can access my account and Virgin say my account is fine and there is no problem.

But you try and send an email it says No password provided by Virginmedia.  Go To Settings.  Or OK

If you pick settings it takes you to the Imap account page.    What password is it looking for and how do I resolve it as Virgmedia help desk didn't have an answer.

Its been like this for a week now.  Was fine up until then.

Thankyou.  This appears to have resolved the issue.  Or by coincidence Virgin have just fixed it as I have now received fresh emails and can send.

I will now check i can still get in on my laptop
