My wife has had no email since May 30th on her Ipad following supposedly urgent works by Virgin. Virgin says they are working hard to fix the problem but how long are customers to wait? Are they waiting to people to get fed up complaining and just accept thepoor service. They are quick enough to put up their prices but no word of compensation for the rubbish service. I take it I am entitled to cancel my contract with no penalty considering they are not supplying the sevice that I am paying for?
