I still have no access to my email accounts after one week.
Webmail simply says'mailbox unavailable, try later'.
Spoke to customer services a few days ago who said I should have received a letter how to reactivate my emails. I have received no such letter.
Customer services was unable to reactivate my account. However, I read of users having their emails reactivated when posting via this forum (strange why someone on the phone cannot do it).
I have several extra email addresses atached to my primary address and none of these are working either.
I've changed passwords etc but still cannot access emails.
Have sat on the 'live chat' every day this week but cannot get a response. The service just drops out.

Receiving ok, but cannot send any emails. Checked smtp settings and passwords etc, but no joy on ipads, imacs, iphones or non-apple devices.
still need help!
