No AccessTo Email - Forbidden

I have called repeatedly;

3 password/account resets = no change

manager was supposed to call; 1 ring and rang off.

made a post on the forum last Thursday = no where to be found (deleted)

repeated complaints = no response

and before someone tells me there are duplicates of the email problems post, VirginTwitter told me to come here and make a post!

Are you able to log in on your phone or webmail client? Have you tried using your data to see if its the service or the mailbox?

All options are giving me the forbidden 403 response.

safari, explorer, chrome, mobile. Once that message is on the screen I cannot try again as it does not give me to option to enter email/password, Even going via MyVirginMedia account screen.

Yes, google mail and gmail (where all of these notifications are going). Also Office360 emails.

I am having the same problem and all vm have suggested is changing my password which they have done twice in same day....still waiting for weeks and unable to get to my ntlworld mailbox!
