24th August 2021. No access to webmail. Emails generally not downloading to my email client inbox.
Just me, or is this a general issue in the BN2 area?

Welcome back to our Community Forum! Thank you for your post, and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some ongoing issues with your email!
Can you tell us what error message you're getting when you try to access your emails please?
Have you tried to reset your email password by clicking on the "Forgotten Password" option? Please change your password to something new and wait at least 10 minutes before trying to access your account.
