No Access to Virgin emails

I can’t access my Virgin emails, on the website it says it is unavailable and on my iPad it tells me my username/password is incorrect when it’s not

Virgin Email

I have been unable to log in to my email account for the last day Both on browser and through phone it tells me my account details are incorrect.  Just tried to ring but didn’t get any joy so frustrating

Exact same problem  as me, since yesterday I am unable to access my mailbox :

I have attempted to change my password, but still can not access the mail box any help will be appreciated.

Really sorry you're having some issues accessing your Virgin email account, this ins't good. 


Can I ask if you're still a Virgin Media broadband customer? 

Have you tried resetting your password and trying again?

I am an active Virgin Media customer, I have tried to reset a number of times with no luck
