I’m trying to set up a second email address with my ‘My Virgin Media’ account.
I fill in the form and choose an email address, click on ‘check availability’ and the Updating... sign appears but doesn’t progress.

Yes I’ve tried several times and once again today with no joy. It’s just as before.
How long did you have to wait before the rotating ‘Updating…’ disappeared? I assume that it’s checking the availability of my new name @virginmedia.com. I gave up after ten minutes.
