Please can someone help
we have just switched to virgin and tried to register the account and it asked if you would like a new email account to log in with so we said yes completed the rest of the form .
it stated it has sent a link to verify email account but we can’t log in to verify the new Email account set up as it is new ?

Have you been able to sort this since posting?
The email address you've used to register for the online account should be the one the email goes to in order to verify the mailbox.
After 12 hours of text messages to customer service they tell me nothing can be done until the installation has been done
Which is next week now it should have been today
Still cannot access the account
I need to login to the new email address to confirm the account but I can’t because it has not been confirmed
is there anyone who can help ???
