Need to get ntlworld email account deleted, been hacked

Hi there 

Someone has hacked out ntlworld email account. It hasn't been turned off. 

I've seen that only Virgin media employees can get a ticket raised to get. 

Can anyone please help me 🙏🏼🙏🏼
