I have two old ntlworld accounts which I cannot access as I have not been a Virgin Media customer for some years but these accounts are still forwarding vast amounts of junk emails to my current email accounts.
Please can these accounts be permanently deleted?

I am sorry you are being forwarded junk mail I can certainly look into this for you. I will pop you over a private message asking for some details just keep an eye out for the purple envelope.

Ive had a look at mailtester.com and one address is showing as invalid (the main one on the account) but a secondary address is still valid.
Hi, Sue, I can confirm the email address you have provided has been deleted.
Whilst the primary email address has been deleted the secondary one is still valid according to mailtester.com this morning.
Please can you investigate?
