Need help ASAP email

when creating my account on the virgin media app I used the email @virginmedia.com. I have looked everywhere to log into virgin media email and can’t find it anywhere. I have used that email for my virgin media app and can’t access the app or my account as I can’t verify the email sent to @virginmedia.com due to not having the mail account to log into. How do I access virgin media mail or can I change my primary email (@virginmedia.com) used for the account to a different email. I can’t access my app to pay bills etc
