Need changing my email password.

Hi Table Top

I am having the same problems with changing my email password. I follow the steps and then it requests a secondary  email etc

i have an @ntlworld.com email address. I do not have a @virgimedia.com email. Is my @ntlworld.com email my primary or secondary email account for the purposes of VM discussion? I have asked a number of time and no one is prepared to answer.

Your NTLWorld email address would be your primary one. If you're following the steps to generate a new app password, and it's asking you to verify your email address, this would need to be a third party email address you cannot use any @VirginMedia.com, @blueyonder.co.uk or @ntlworld.com address.
