Hi I am getting persistent email problems with my ntl account email
out most of monday
ok yesterday out since 11am today
I have even reset passwords just in case
Re set the password AGAIN and it worked
surely I shouldn’t need to change the password everyday!!!

I am so sorry to hear you are having issues with your NTL email, can you confirm is this attached to an active account? And is this the primary email?
