NTLworld email address - live Virgin account

Hi,

My wife still has an NTLworld email account and she still receives (and can send) emails to it on her iPhone. However we don't have any login details and cannot remember the password - just want to setup an auto-forward and auto-reply and stop using it really (plus ideally login on the PC and download all emails)

Can't access it at all using the various links on Virgin media website. It doesn't seem to be linked to our Virgin Media account but as above we are still a customer and have been for years.

Any ideas?
