I've had 2 NTL email accounts since I started with NTLWorld. When Virgin had issues with email recently I lost all my emails going back 20 years on one account.
I am now locked out of the account with all the missing emails since 13/09/23 and have tried to contact Virgin to get my account enabled. I have 2 references/complaints. 1 for missing emails which is now over 28 days old and one which virgin themselves raised so i'd get a call back within 5 days. To be fair i did get a call back after 3 days but it only rang one ring and i wasn't quick enough to answer.
How do i get my account reactivated and how do i get my old emails please?
