I have a number of clients reporting that they're not receiving emails from myself into their NTLworld/Blueyonder domain mailboxes.
Is there a way to report this to VM to ensure our domains arn't being throttled or blocked?

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Community Forums.
I'm sorry to hear your outgoing emails are not being received by our customers. This isn't something we can assist directly with via the Forums, but if you head here and select "Email Sending Errors" and then "Other", pop in all the information you have available - such as the sender email, any available email headers, and any potential errors that you're receiving, then our Web Security Team will be able to continue assisting you from there.
They will also be able to advise if there is any spam block in place from services such as SpamHaus, or on our network and ways to get this removed.
