NTLWORLD email not accessible and not bouncing

I was informed that my ntlworld email address was terminated (eventhough I have used it for 20+ years). I can no longer access the account. However emails that are sent to this supposedly terminated address, DO NOT BOUNCE. This means that people think they are still emailing me but I am unable to access these emails. Can the email account either be made accessible again, or totally deleted so that messages bounce? Thank you

Thank you for reaching back out to us in our community and welcome, we are sorry to hear people are still able to send Emails to your old Email address but you cannot get them, so I can help arrange for the Email to be permanently deleted I will send you an invite into a private chat, once received please click on the purple envelope to accept.
