Many thanks for the response and advice. However, I'm afraid it's lost on me. I'm an old IBM mainframe dinosaur and have a very limited understanding of the technicalities of PC software. Given the very nature of PC's, in that each person's setup is likely to be unique, depending on what is installed, it's not surprising that there are issues such as these. I'm glad I don't have to worry about such issues on a mainframe.
