NTL world email not working on iphone

Hi I have an iphone x and have always been able to access my email from the mail app. Then last week it just stopped working and said that my password was wrong. I deleted it and readded the account and it is saying "The username or password for imap.virginmedia.com is incorrect" I have tried everything that has been suggested changing ports, changing to imap.ntlworld ect ect and nothing is working! I can log onto emails on my husbands samsung phone as I can on my laptop. I can access from google and saffari but its good to have all my emails together on the mailbox. I have spent hours trying but it still says the same thing. Would really appreciate any help.

It seems to be a big problem recently.
Ensure you’re using the correct details (I’m sure you are).

imap.virginmedia.com
SSL yes
Port 993
smtp.virginmedia.com
SSL yes
Port 465

Username if your full email address
Password is self explanatory
Ensure ‘Password’ is set to Authentication under Advanced.
