NTL world account urgent closure required

Hi

Please can I get support closing down an old Ntlworld account as I believe could have been hacked and I cannot access it to even change passwords.

Please can someone help me!

Welcome back to our Community Forums! I'm really sorry to hear that you feel that your old NTLworld email has been hacked! We understand that this can be very stressful.

Can you tell us if you're seeing an error when you try to sign into your mailbox?

Have you tried to reset your password using the "Forgotten Password" option? Reset your password to something completely new that you have never used before, and wait at least 10 minutes before trying to access your account.
