I see that many people experienced this problem back in February, but my ntlworld emails have stopped synching with my samsung A8. I can access through webmail but not on my phone. All other email clients are working on my phone so it is definitely a Virgin issue and not a Samsung issue. They stopped synching at 14.20 yesterday and nothing received since. Anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve it. Impossible to get through to anyone at Virgin !
