I started getting a message that my password was incorrect for my email when I was trying to send emails on my iPhone.. I was still receiving. Went through the change password process, changed password on device. Still nothing.
Deleted the account on my phone and tried reinstalling. The account now won’t install at all so I don’t even have incoming mail.
Mir says that that SMTP Server for outgoing mail is not responding.
I've seen some other strands suggesting deleting SMTP settings but can’t figure out how to do this.
can anyone help? And perhaps give me a clue to what the settings should be for this? Virgin media.com servers or Ntl world ones?
