Need urgent help.
Tried to create an account for virgin media to change a few settings, it said we already had an account so with a bit of digging I found out its an ntlworld.com email address.. we didnt even know this was created and it must have been a good 20 years ago that it was as NTL changed to virgin media in 2007 (we have never changed our provider and we had NTL for years before that). We dont have a clue what the email address is nore do we have any clue what the password might be. What are we meant to do? If we go we have forgot our email address it stars half of it out, and we cant go through forgotten password without having the email address!! Literally stuck.
