NTL email account not working

We have been using Virgin services for years. My husband is the primary account which uses NTL email. As of yesterday he cannot receive any emails to this account and no longer able to logon to My Virgin media as does not recognise it. His iPhone microphone is broken so cannot make calls currently so as his wife I need someone to contact me to get this sorted. We are unable to use forgotten password. He uses this password on eBay account so unable to check this platform either st the moment. Please advise urgently- thanks

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues accessing the email account. As your husband is the primary account holder, we would need to speak to him directly.
