NTL e mail

I keep getting letters and telephone messages telling me an old e mail address I had is being used to send spam. I no longer use this e mail and don't know how to get rid of it. I tried phoning Virgin but it didn't help and they said I would have to remove it myself. I don't know how to access it because I sign in using a Gmail address.

Re: NTL e mail

Hi Denzelthedog,

Really sorry you're having some issues with an old email address, this isn't good.

It's certainly something we can help with from here, but I'll need to pop you a personal message and grab some details first.

I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Thanks

Re: NTL e mail

All sorted for you now, the email address will be deleted within 3-5 working days and any contact about the email address will cease.

:)
