NTL account closed but still receiving emails.

I am acting on behalf of a friend.

My friend left VM well over 90 days ago, and consequently cannot send emails from her old account but unfortunately she is still receiving lots of emails.

Can a ticket be raised to finally close her old NTL account to stop the flow of traffic?

Thank you for your post. We'll be more than happy to help with this.

It's not uncommon for us to keep email accounts active after the 90 day grace period, however the account can be deleted any day after this period. Some accounts can take longer to be deleted than others. 

Provided it has been over 90 days since the account was closed, we can arrange for the email account to be terminated.
