NTL World email sending but not receiving

It seems the NTL World email address linked to Outlook can recieve emails but not send them.

Carrier has changed to Plusnet since ntl world and Virgin so I'm confused, please help.

if you are no longer a virgin customer the emails should be deleted 90 days after you leave.
They can be deleted at any point after this without warning and Vm can't stop it or help you with access

you should move to anew email ASAP

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your email address, 

 

As pointed out above,  If you are not longer a virgin media customer these email address are subject to being culled. 

 

Could you let us know if you are still a virgin media customer?
