I've had an NTL World email address for years, which I have used daily.
I receive emails to my Android phone and both my mac/ipad Outlook, but cannot send emails out.
I cannot login on Virgin either as it does not recognise the email account.
This has me absolutely gazumped. Any help would be grately recieved.

If the Virgin Media login does not recognise the email address concerned that suggests it isn't linked to your current VM broadband account.
