No sorry it seems as though the accounts are getting closed sooner then later 

Hi there @JMARTIN1311 

We are very sorry that this has happened, we do close email accounts when customers leave within 90 days of the cancellation though this can take longer. 

We do recommend you move any needed emails across to a non Virgin media account as soon as you can.
