Myvirgin and Email

Hi,

The email account on my myvriginmedia account doesnt match up to my email.

So I log into myvirginemedia using my email address, then I click on the email tab and it says email is unavailable. The associated email address in the my profile section is different to my email address and the email adddress I used to sign in.  Support ask me to sign into my email seperately but it just reverts back to my account.

I have phoned support 4 times to try and resolve this and not managed to get any further. I do not want to spend 40 minutes on hold again for them not to be able to solve my issue.  Is there anything else I can do to resolve?

Hey @Parki79,

 

I have had to raise this with our IT team, to get your access restored as everything I have tried to do this hasn't been succesful.

 

I will be in touch once the IT team has completed the work on your account but this may take around 5 days to get fully resolved.

Thanks for letting us know. 

 

Our IT have confirmed the mailbox is active and should be working. 

 

What happens when you access your email separately rather than through your online account?
