The email account on my myvriginmedia account doesnt match up to my email.
So I log into myvirginemedia using my email address, then I click on the email tab and it says email is unavailable. The associated email address in the my profile section is different to my email address and the email adddress I used to sign in. Support ask me to sign into my email seperately but it just reverts back to my account.
I have phoned support 4 times to try and resolve this and not managed to get any further. I do not want to spend 40 minutes on hold again for them not to be able to solve my issue. Is there anything else I can do to resolve?
I am in a Virgin Over Utilised Area - F003476231 - Never Ending Fault.
