My email has been hacked

I’ve tried to log into my virgin emails but cannot think some has hacked my account 

is saying my mailbox is not available

It is likely that your email account has been locked for security reasons.

 

If you haven't already done so follow the instructions here:

 

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-my-email-account-is-locked

 

If that doesn't work then post back here and the VM Forum Team should be able to help you.

If changing the password hasn't helped you will need to wait for the Forum Team to reach this thread in a day or so1.  They should be able to help get the mailbox unlocked.
