I’ve tried to log into my virgin emails but cannot think some has hacked my account
is saying my mailbox is not available
It is likely that your email account has been locked for security reasons.

your mailbox is not available
please retry in one hour
If changing the password hasn't helped you will need to wait for the Forum Team to reach this thread in a day or so1. They should be able to help get the mailbox unlocked.
