My blueyonder emails still come to my apple mail but I can't access them directly on webmail? HELP

I have a blueyonder account and have virginmedia broadband.

My blueyonder emails currently still arrive in my AppleMail 🙂

But I can't view them as web mail and get the dreaded forbidden 404 message when i try to view them via the website 

What solutions are out there?
