Thank you for reaching out to us, We apologise to any customers who may have experienced difficulty logging in to their email accounts for a short period earlier this morning. We have now resolved this and email services are working normall.

This happened to me. I have had several calls to Virgin Media. Recently my password was reset. The problem persists.
It is a good thing that I can divert my emails to another account, thus limiting the damage. But I cannot understand how I have lost access for several months.
