I am no longer able to access My Virgin emails as the password /email address are not recognised . I tried 150 which was a complete waste of time. To gain help I need to login but this of course is not possible as my log in details are recognised 

i have received an email with details how to text the password but of course this is impossible as password is not recognised. I am well and truly stuck now. Am paying for email which I can’t access snd can’t get the sufficient support

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues accessing your mailbox! I can understand how frustrating this can be.

Are you having issues only accessing your emails, or issues accessing your online account as well?

Have you tried to reset your password by clicking on the 'Forgotten Password' option? Please also take a look at our Login Problems page to see if this could help.
