I have posted a question regarding Spam filters. Many community members have responded telling me to go to My Spam filter. However all of the links in the responses just take me to postings and none of them to a link to the instructions to apply My Spam solution. A direct link to this please.

has any body contacted VM about blocking this torrent of phishing Spam?

thanks for your post, I am sorry about this we are asking you to keep reporting this by doing the following:

reported to Norton and McAfee’s individual reporting systems so that they can investigate further.

They can also be sent to our team’s phishing abuse@virginmedia.com with full email headers so we can continue to report them as spam.
