I have just discovered that my old ntlworld email account has been hacked. The also hackers sent me an email to tell me what they had done (nice of them) and to demand payment! Obviously did not replay/pay. They have also managed to hack my Facebook account via this, even though I had changed login email when we left Virgin.

I am not a Virgin customer anymore and am finding it so hard to get the email account deleted. Please can anyone help?

Sorry to hear that your older email has been hacked and you are receiving threating emails from the mailbox. We can request that the email can be deleted. Can you confirm how long you have had your broadband account disconnected?
