Moving home


I'm moving out of home on the 31st of this month, and by the look of things my current package cannot be transferred to our new address. 

My concern here is, I do not want to lose my VM email address, so how can I get around this ?

Although I have a BT account, can I run a VM small account to the same address ? 

I have been with Virgin for some 19yrs now and would very much like to be able to stay on board

Unfortunately,  but as per the terms and conditions, 90 days after broadband service is terminated email addresses linked to the account will be permanently deleted. There is no “getting around this” and should you find email addresses remain active after this period post back here to request their deletion; do not be tempted to continue using them as they can be deleted without notice.

Look for an alternative email service that:

  • is not linked to use of other services
  • has security that is equal to or greater than the services it will be used with
