(apologies if this exact question has been covered before...)
I have an @ntlworld.com email address, that I still use.
This was previously part of a Virgin Media broadband contract. That contract/account ended, and i opened a new VM account (at the same physical address). I still have access to the old ntlworld email, as well as the new VM account. But I'm aware it's only a matter of time before I lose access to the old email, as it is not part of an active VM account.
Does anyone know how I can migrate the old ntlworld email account to the new VM account?
