Moving An Email Address To My New Virgin Media Account
I am aware there is another thread with the same topic but I did not want to jump on someone else's thread for my own request and I believe this one that only the Virgin Media Forum Team can help with as it's a backend change that is required.
Brief summary is my parents signed up to Virgin Media many years ago (and still are currently with Virgin Media) of which several years ago I created my current email address which I have used for many years which is associated to their account classed as a 'secondary' email address (it is not the primary email account for their account). I have recently moved home and I have recently signed up to Virgin Media, is it possible to move over my current email address to be associated to my Virgin Media account as I would like it to become my primary email address to be used for emails but also for accessing services within My Virgin Media (i.e. Billing) etc.?
