I recently moved house where I had virgin media installed. I was told by virgin that the house i was moving to couldnt have virgin even though there was a virgin box and cables outside (its a long story). It turned out that my address had been mixed up with another one. I have now sorted that out and i have had virgin media installed.
I had to cancel my virgin contract on the last house and start a new contract on my new house, so now when I sign in to app its says account closed You have 90 days from disconnection of your account to access any information you need.
I dont want to loose any email addresses I have please help.
