I’ve been with Virgin Media (then Blueyonder!) for some years and use a secondary email address on another person’s account. I’ve now moved address and need to move that email address from the old account onto a new account (in my name).
I’ve spent hours on the phone/on hold being passed around different helpdesks and nobody seems to know/be able to help. I know other people have had to report the same issue in the forums and I’m desperate for some help from someone in the Forum Team. As a long-standing customer I’d like to keep my emails – and my email address!!
Forum Staff @John_GS seemed to think otherwise when he replied to someone on 12/1/20 – so much so that he said they’d need to speak to both new and old account holder to make sure the account can transfer across.
