Hi,
I am an existing customer of virgin media (for many years). I have my own email account, and I also have a second account under the same account, with a different email address. This second email address usually works fine, however, on logging on today, there are about two weeks of email in the inbox, instead of about three years worth.
This is concerning, as this email address is used for all manner of things, such as house insurance, car insurance, personal details, contracts and many other things.
Can anyone help me with this please?
