More email problems - cannot access webmail (again)

I am able to access my emails via iphone and Thunderbird. But I can't access webmail using the same credentials. What the hell is going on?

All I get is a blank screen with three gray dots going along.

Does the issue persist when using your browser's Incognito / Private window? If not, then return to previous window in which issue occurred and:

• select the padlock icon shown in the address / location bar
• look for an option to either clear / view cookies in the pop-up menu
• then follow the process to remove the cookies shown for the site
