Mobile not receiving emails

Mobile has stopped receiving emails.   OK on PC.  Can send emails.   I tried logging in etc but get "3rd party error"   is this due to O2 transition?

What does   Third-Party email service error mean actually mean?

Hi @Kwinty thanks for your reply.

It is likely meaning that your Outlook app does not match the information that is listed on the email server for you. So you'll need to change this and follow the steps carefully in the alternative thread as this will work in resolving things.

Success, removed the account from my mobile app, logged on into virginmedia, struggled there but eventually managed to change the email password for the app, reconnected the account onto the mobile, adding the new password and bingo. Thankyou
