Missing saved emails

I had loads of saved emails that have just vanished. Any ideas how to get them back?

If the folder in which they were saved is no longer visible then try the following in webmail:

• select ⚙ > Email > Change IMAP subscriptions …
• select ▸ until all folder views are expanded
• make sure all folder are selected (☑)
• select Save

If the saved email were not in one of the folder selected above and cannot be found elsewhere then unfortunately they are lost / unrecoverable.

Thanks for the reply. The folder is still there it is just empty. Is it normal for saved emails to just vanish? I had a lot of policy documents saved in this folder and don't understand how it can just be empty?

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that you're saved emails have suddenly vanished. Can we ask if you're using an NTLworld email address or Virgin Media?

Hey @Cheryl8, thanks for the reply and for reaching out to us.

Can you confirm if you are signing in via third party client (i.e. Outlook), or through web mail.
If you are using web mail, can you confirm if you've cleared cache and cookies? As well as that if you could try another web browser / device?
