Missing emails

This Virgin email says that the issue has been resolved; however I have all my emails missing from 1.34 pm on 7th July until  2.56 pm on 23rd July, 16 days worth. I know they were there, but now they are not.  Strangely, all the emails I deleted during this period are still in my deleted box as are three emails I archived.  Can I expect these to be restored and if so when?
